　　二、解析
　　1.分意群

　　英国的新规定/是一个提醒/对应行家//社会有一个兴趣/在他们的表现/，不仅是为短期/而是为长期。
　　2.定属性
　　①名词 that从句，如果名词是抽象性名词（一般而言），而且从句后面主谓宾成分完整，则that连接的从句是同位语从句，解释说明前面的名词；a reminder to bankers that society has an interest......
　　这里that前面的名词是bankers，不是抽象名词，那么有可能解释说明bankers，
