　　In the city of Weifang, Shandong province, kites are not only toys, but also a symbol of the city culture. Weifang is famous as "Kite City", having a history of about 2400 years of flying kites. One story said that Mo Zi, an ancient Chinese philosopher, had spent three years making the first kite of the world here, but on the first day of flight, it dropped into broken.
