　　Working as a postgraduate, I do think that I will be perplexed by a few problems but I can overcome them with efforts.

　　First of all, I may find it hard to perform experiments at the beginning. Having a bachelor degree means that I am qualified in theoretical studies, but as a postgraduate I must learn to turn theory into practice. As the saying goes, easier said than done, I may perform wrong experimental procedures, misunderstand the meanings of the experiments or even skip some keysteps of the experiments, which will lead to frustrating results. To solve this problem, I will go over the instructions again and again to make sure that I won’t miss any detail, and read more related papers to enhance my understanding aboutthe experiment. Only by knowing the goal of every step can I truly remember all the details I should perform in the experiment.
　　首先，在入学初始我或许会在做实验的过程中发现困难。拥有学士学位意味着我在理论学习方面获得了认可，但作为一个研究生我必须学会将理论基础转化为实际应用的方法。常言道说来容易做来难，在实验过程中我可能会做出错误的实验操作、误解实验步骤的意义甚至忽略实验中的一些关键步骤，而因此获得让人失望的实验结果。为了解决这一问题，我会多次仔细审视实验指导以保证不错过任何细节，而且阅读与实验内容相关的文献以加深我对实验的理解。只有通过认识每一实验操作的意义我才能彻底记住实验中的所有细节。

　　The second problem that may puzzle me should be how to find my own project. A good thesis must base on an interesting point that no one has noticed, as a freshman in my field, it may be hard to find one. Yet in mythoughts there are many ways that can enlighten me. During my daily experiments,there may occur phenomena that cannot be explained by current theories, which may act as perfect arguments for my thesis. Also, reading more well-known papers can be a good way because they will provide critical arguments on their experiments as well as citing a great amount of excellent achievements related to them, making it possible for me to train my thinking of logic and find more papers that may relate to my majors. Through senior students who have already found their project I can get help as well since they have the same experience.Participate in advanced conferences is another way to learn about the popular studies and advanced progress.
　　我可能遇到的第二个问题可能是找到自己的课题。一篇好的论文是建立在一个先前没有学者发现的论点上的，而作为本领域的新人来说发现这样的论点或许有些困难。但对于这一问题而言我认为有许多能够给我带来启发的方法。在我日常的实验中或许会出现一些在现有理论基础上难以解释的现象，这些现象或许能作为我论文中很好的论据。另外，阅读更多的优质文献也不失为一种很好的方法，这些文献不仅为论述其实验有严谨的逻辑，还会引用许多与其相关的优秀成果，我也能从中训练我的逻辑思维，也能找到一些与课题相关的文献。与已经找到自己课题的高年级研究生沟通亦是我能更快找到课题的好办法，因为他们也有这样的经历。参加前沿研讨会是另一个了解热点研究和前沿进展的方式。

　　Becoming a postgraduate must have many obstacles in my studies, yetI am prepared for the difficulties that I am about to encounter. With all my efforts, I believe that they will temper my spirit and soul, making me a better person with competent skills as a postgraduate.
