　　Dear Mr. Liu,
　　I am a junior student in the university. I am writing to inform you of some problems that I have found while I was eating in our school cafeteria. To begin with, the food served is neither fresh nor clean. One day I even found a dead worm in my rice bowl. Besides, there are some students getting used to cutting in lines, which impedes the rules and regulations of our school. Third, almost 20% of the food is wasted.
　　To solve the problems above, I would like to offer some suggestions. First, I advise that more workers be hired to check the food materials daily, and to supervise the whole dining process so as to prevent students from any inappropriate behaviors. In addition, small-sized bowls and dishes should be used to save food.
