　　The uniform I would like to talk about is my high school uniform which was a set of blouse, blazer and a plaid skirt while there was an alternative jumper for certain seasons.
　　The blouse was plainly white but the navy blazer was featured by the school logo on the left breast, making us fairly recognizable when we were even off the campus.
　　The first day when I went to the school I was given out the prescribed uniform from the headteacher, which had been included in the part of tuition fee. Of course, I would add that the school had collected my size in advance and so I would say the set of attire went perfect with me.
　　However, initially, I was extremely reluctant to put on it as it faded my individuality. So did other freshmen as me. I mean, we all wanted to show our uniqueness to newly-met friends. Nevertheless, all we could do was nothing but strictly followed the mandatory rule.
　　Well, as I gradually adapted to the new on-campus life, I found wearing a uniform made everything much easier. For example there was no big demand for new clothes and I never had to worry about what to dress up the next day. More importantly, it built a sense of decency in our mind as the design of the clothing was quite elegant, especially when compared with the sports uniform in most other Chinese secondary schools.
