　　Well, I want to talk about a small-sized company operated by my uncle. It is a plant which makes and sells clothes to domestic and international customers and has been running for almost ten years.
　　At first, the business was very good. You know at that moment there was not so much competition on the market and the cost of labor in China was very low, so that you could make some profits from it without any difficulty. But with each passing year(随着时光的流逝), as the labor cost is increasing at an alarming rate（以惊人的速度） and the competition is quite fierce, it is not so bad（就不错了）to maintain his business.
　　In the beginning, family business made the factory have a strong unifying force（凝聚力） and all the family members worked together towards the higher goal, but as time goes by, their ability and outlook（眼界） limit the development of business. Not to mention that（更不用说） the conflicts among family members is hard to deal with, which is also a big headache（难题）to my uncle and all the owners of family businesses.
　　As a consequence, my uncle invited professional managers with high income and turned some of his family members into mere shareholders（仅仅是股东）who were not involved in detailed operation. After the periodof grinding(磨合期), his business ran on the right track（走上正轨）eventually. I am very pleased with such transformation.

　　Which do you prefer, family firms or non-family ones?
　　I think the latter is a better option（选择）. You know maybe at the initial stage, family businesses possess a stronger unifying force and all the family members work together towards a higher goal. However, with the expansion of the business, the operation and management of the company will go far beyond（远超） the capacity of family members. And the conflicts brought about by the profits are very difficult to deal with.
　　What are important factors in making a company successful?

　　In my opinion, good management is of paramount importance in（具有至关重要的作用） the success of a company, which can maintain the cost of operating a company at a rational level and make working efficiency in an ideal condition. In addition, the importance of a harmonious corporate culture can never beexaggerated（怎么夸张也不为过）, which can make the company own a strong unifying force and walk through the difficulty it will be faced with on such a highly competitive market.
　　What kinds of qualities should asuccessful businessman have?
　　It is hard to say and the standards also change as time goes by. In the past, as long as you were brave and hard-working, you were more likely to be successful. But now with the popularity of the Internet, you should have sharp eyes and innovative minds. You need to find potential opportunities on the market.
　　What emerging industries do you know?
　　I have heard artificial intelligence(人工智能) has been gaining in popularity（越来越流行） nowadays. Maybe someday in the near future machines can take the place of humans in many aspects and relieve the pressure triggered by labor shortage of aging society. Besides, the occupations related to the relief of heavy pressure and mental stress will become hot, which is theconstant state（常态） of people with ever-accelerated living tempo（生活节奏越来越快） and fierce competition.
