Besides, being detrimental to the health of the staf and the company itself, imposing such heavy workload may not only violate labor laws cnacted by authorities but also fail to achieve the intended production goals. Furthermore, it goes without exaggcration that it is efficiency that plays a significant role in the success of an enterprise. which undoubtedy deserves more attention from executives.
