　　I will either write it down on a sticker and stick it to the wall, or fridge, or the front door, as long as it’s obvious to be noticed; Or sometimes, I use the reminder App on my phone and make a screenshot, so as to set as the home or lock screen. I guess each mobile device has such a design and everyone always takes a look at the phone throughout the day. That may help remind of some important things.

　　Yes. For the day, some ultraviolet-preventing stuff, such as sunscreen cream or sunglasses, are always lying in my bag. For eastern girls, typically, we are somehow afraid of being tanned while being exposed to the ultraviolet radiation, even though it’s generally cloudy outside. I will take these stuff out at night, since apparently, there is never a sunburn issue in darkness and putting them aside will make my bag weigh much lighter. That’s doubtlessly a bit relief for my shoulders orhands.
