　　1.地点类的经典老题，建议考生准备一个美丽的海滨城市（coastal city）或者有历史文化底蕴的大城市（historical city），如上海，北京等。这样可以在遇到游记类或者历史类的话题时，进行话题合并，做到一题多用。2.要注意第三个问题的时态为过去式，而其余话题则使用一般现在时即可。3.末尾一问的“beautiful”不一定指的是城市外貌“漂亮”，考生可以给出更加丰满的回答，如：文化多元，居民热情等。这些也是一个城市“beautiful”的表现。

　　欲抑先扬，可以先说游客会给景点带来经济效益（economic benefits），但是太多游客，肯定会有负面影响。考生可以考虑将负面影响的原因分层次说明：一，人流量过载（overload），导致古宅（old mansions）寿命减短；第二，游客缺乏保护意识（protection awareness）。
　　2.好法律

　　思路点拨
　　1.内容的选取可以是贴近生活的法规，如：限塑令（The ban on free plastic bags)或者，交通方面的关于酒驾的法规（The drunk driving law）等。这样，在解释为什么这是条好的法律的时候，更方便考生结合自身来谈感想。
　　2.时态方面要注意第二问，需用过去式来说明知道该法律的途径。

　　答案肯定是否定的，那么如何打开论述守法和违法的情况？可以分具体情况来举例，如：有些人违反交通规定(violate fraffic regulations)是因为，惩罚措施（penalties）不严重，或者缺乏严厉的体系（supervision system）；相反，有些惩罚措施严重的法规，比如刑事案件（criminal cases），相对就比较少人敢作案。
