　　My dad gave it to me on my 10th birthday, and he told me : when ever u fail, u need to be as optimistic as forret gump. It is written by winstion groom, and it tells us a story about forret gump. The spirit of him are sparking throughout the story, He is optimistic and he does his best to do everything and he got succeed finally. The most encouraging part I remember is that when he was a chiled, he had a car accident, and got his leg hurt. The doctor said he might cant walk any more, but he believed that he can run as fast as other children. So he did exercises everyday, he stand up and fell and then stand up again and again. Finally he can walk, and after 3 year, he got the first in a race competition. It really teaches me a lot, that we need to have hope and be positive to life , as long as we do our best , we can succeed. And I will be strong and optimistic as him and as my father hope.

In that month I went to several places of interest: the great wall , te forbidden city, tian’an square . it is an important period of my life.cos I am coming here to prepare for my GRE test which is very improtant of my application of foreign unversity to further my graduate education. SO I feel I am getting closer to my dream and I really learn a lot in that period which helps me get a good grade in the test. Everyday, parent will take their children to the gym, and the team are made of all the family memembers, they will play with an other team which is made up by another family, and they play the game for 15 minutes and who gets the higher score who win,then the failer need to treat the other to have some drink or some snakes. I think it is really a very good game coz children in it can learn how to conmpete, how to cooperate, and make the whole family more united, and have good health.

　　Recruiting for volunteers of olympic games of 2008 i think I would love to define my prepration for the TOEFL IBT as a projet. U kno, it is not very easy to get registrated here in china, cos there are lots of ppl who want to have the test, so I need to pay some atttention to it more than half a year ago. Because I have GRE test last month, so I only have 1 month to prepare for the ibt test, so I need to make a plan to make my study efficient. I decide to get up at 7 every mornig and have a rest at noon and then continue the study at about 2, after the supper, I go to have a walk with my mum, u kno I need some exercise to keep my weight from increasing because of the long time sitting, and then continue the study till 11. alSo I need to plan carefully to decide which part I am going to study everyday, what kind of exercise I need to take in every period . During this month I try my best to keep myself learn english no less than 10 hours, u kno that's really tough, but I have overcome it. so I define it as a project. Now when I look back on it , I find that the careful planing really helpa me a lot, I can use the time more efficient, and also I think the exercise also very important, it makes me healthier and have a gooe rest to continue the study….
