　　Dear Sir/ Madam,
　　I am writing with regard to your recently released plan of building a new apartment in the public park next to my home. I read this news in our community magazine yesterday and I would like to provide my opinion on this issue.
　　My primary concern is that your plan would cause a great loss to local residents. The park is the only green space in this area where people in different age group can do entertainment activities or sports. If you decide to construct a high-rise apartment in this place, we will suffer from the destruction of the trees, plants, and sport areas that are essential for us to enjoy our leisure time. Also, the noise and pollution caused by the construction will pose a threat to our health.
　　Therefore, I hope you could reconsider you plan and choose a different location for the new building. According to the official website of our local council, you can be subsidized if you construct new residences in outskirt areas.
