　　Online meetings and training have gradually become a trend of business with the facilitation of technology. While class teaching brings certain benefits, I assert that merits of distant programs are irreplaceable in the business world.

Instead, electronics such as online conferencing software could transcend geographical barrier no matter how distant the employees are, contributing to an efficient communication of idea exchange. Hence, it is the flexibility of cyber meetings that caters for both employees and superiors.
　　On top of the effectiveness brought by online meetings, training programs via internet is also favorable ascribed to a relatively lower expense. In other words, not only does it reduce the cost of transportation for learners as there is no need to assemble, but also the
